1 Enoch 10:2

Hide yourself: the warning to Noah

The Watchers’ Judgment and the Promise of a Renewed Earth · 1 Enoch 10

Story guide: These are a warning and commands, not a report that the flood has already occurred. Shelter and ordinary spreading water are interpretation, not an ark imported from Genesis or a claimed global flood mechanism.

2Go to Noah and say to him in my name, “Hide yourself!” Then reveal to him the end that is coming, for the whole earth will be destroyed. The waters of a flood are about to come over the whole earth and destroy everything that is in it.
