1This is the book of the words of righteousness and of the reproof of the vigilant ones who are from eternity, just as the Holy and Great One commanded in that vision.

2I saw in my sleep what I now speak with a tongue of flesh and with my spirit, which the Great One has given to men as a mouth, so that they might speak with it and understand in the heart.

3As he created and gave to humankind to understand the word of knowledge, so also he created me and gave me reproof for the Watchers, the sons of heaven.
