Graphic Bible · Scene 11 of 11

An empty natural rocky landscape faces a low rising sun and a few fading stars.
Artwork is an interpretation. Scripture is quoted from the People’s Open Bible. Actor identities, apparent ages, costume, house, recording medium, represented counts, landscapes and celestial appearances are artistic choices, not historical, manuscript, archaeological or astronomical evidence. Dream imagery is not an actual disaster. Uncertain critical-edition readings remain disclosed in the POB notes.

11And when I went out below and saw the heaven, and the sun rising in the east, and the moon setting in the west, and a few stars, and the whole earth, and everything as He had known it in the beginning, then I blessed the Lord of judgment and extolled Him, because He had brought forth the sun from the windows of the east, and it ascended and rose on the face of the heaven, and set out and followed the path which He showed it.
