Graphic Bible · Scene 3 of 10

Exodus 15:11-18. Majestic in holiness. Disclosed poetic reflection on guidance and promised dwelling: a small line of Hebrew travelers on a winding wilderness path toward a distant sunlit mountain, seen in a vast quiet landscape. The mountain remains natural without a built temple or tabernacle. No literal divine body, hand, face or throne; no battle or invented terrified national leaders. Bronze Age Exodus setting, not first-century staging. One 16:9 single scene. No text or lettering.

Who is like you among the gods, O LORD? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, feared in praises, doing wonders?

You stretched out your right hand; the earth swallowed them.

In your steadfast love you have led the people whom you redeemed; in your strength you have guided them to your holy dwelling.

The peoples heard; they trembled. Anguish seized the inhabitants of Philistia.

Then the chiefs of Edom were terrified; trembling seized the leaders of Moab; all the inhabitants of Canaan melted away.

Terror and dread will fall on them; by the greatness of your arm they will be still as a stone, until your people pass by, O Yahweh, until this people whom you acquired pass by.

You will bring them in and plant them on the mountain of your inheritance— the place, Yahweh, that you made for your dwelling, the sanctuary, Lord, that your hands established.

Yahweh will reign forever and ever.
