Graphic Bible · Scene 4 of 4

Exodus 6:28-30. The hesitant messenger. Close portrait of Moses alone in thought in the land of Egypt. Three-quarter view from chest up, eyes troubled but intent, lips slightly parted in hesitation, one weathered hand resting at his own chin without covering the mouth, gnarled staff at frame edge. Preserve approved deep-set eyes, long white hair and full beard, crimson mantle and cream robe. Mudbrick doorway falls into quiet shadow behind him, soft oblique natural light across the face. The source in these verses names only Moses; do not add Aaron despite earlier draft shot note. No vision, bush, divine figure or written text. Intimate final beat of hesitation before the next encounter with Pharaoh. Bronze Age Exodus setting, not first-century staging. One 16:9 single scene. No text or lettering.
Artwork is an interpretation. Scripture is quoted from the People's Open Bible.
