I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you in the grace of Messiah for a different gospel,

which is not another gospel; except that there are some who are troubling you and wanting to distort the gospel of Messiah.

But even if we or an angel from heaven should proclaim good news to you contrary to what we proclaimed to you, let him be accursed.

As we have said before, so now I say again: if anyone is preaching a gospel to you contrary to what you received, let him be accursed.

For am I now persuading people, or God? Or am I seeking to please people? If I were still pleasing people, I would not be Messiah’s servant.
