12I, I am he who comforts you. Who are you that you fear man, who dies, and the son of man, who is made like grass?

13and you forgot Yahweh your Maker, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth, and you feared continually all day long because of the fury of the oppressor, when he set himself to destroy. But where is the fury of the oppressor?

14The one bent low will soon be set free; he will not die in the pit, and his bread will not be lacking.
