A walled-up path

7Look, I cry out, “Violence!” but I am not answered; I cry for help, but there is no justice.

8He has walled up my way so that I cannot pass, and he has set darkness upon my paths.

9He has stripped my honor from me and removed the crown from my head.

10He tears me down on every side, and I am gone; he has uprooted my hope like a tree.

11His anger burns against me, and he counts me among his enemies.

12Together his troops come; they build up their road against me, and they camp all around my tent.
