Open this scene in the reader →21For now you have become nothing; you see terror, and you are afraid.
Have I ever said, ‘Give me,’ or, ‘Pay a bribe for me out of your resources,’
or, ‘Deliver me from the hand of the adversary,’ and ‘Redeem me from the hand of the ruthless’?”
Teach me, and I will be silent; make me understand how I have gone astray.
How forceful are upright words! But what does your reproof prove?
Do you intend to reprove words and treat a despairing man’s words as wind?
You would even cast lots over the fatherless and bargain over your friend.
