Graphic Bible · Scene 10 of 11

Sheep and cattle pass single-file beneath a shepherd’s rod as every tenth animal is calmly directed into a consecrated pen without inspection for better or worse. A failed substitution leaves both animals in the holy pen. Clear sequence and humane handling; no branding, injury, slaughter, blood, written numbers, or visible deity.

32And every tithe of the herd and the flock, every tenth animal that passes under the rod, shall be holy to Yahweh.

33He shall not inspect whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; and if he does in fact exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
