Leviticus 5:14-16
Restitution for holy things
Confession, Restitution, and Guilt Offerings · Leviticus 5
Story guide: Moses in cream robe and burgundy mantle instructs as a remorseful Israelite presents an unblemished horned ram and a carefully counted group of silver pieces to a white-linen priest at the sanctuary gate. A smaller fifth-share of silver is visibly set beside the main restitution amount. No scales with modern markings, writing, blood, or altar action.

15If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of Yahweh, he shall bring his compensation offering to Yahweh: an unblemished ram from the flock, according to your valuation in silver shekels, by the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.
16He shall make restitution for what he sinned against from the holy thing, and he shall add a fifth to it and give it to the priest. Then the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and he shall be forgiven.
