23And it shall be, when he sins and becomes guilty, that he shall restore what he took by robbery, or what he extorted, or the deposit that was entrusted to him, or the lost thing that he found,

24or anything about which he swore falsely—he shall repay it in full, and shall add a fifth to it. He shall give it to the one to whom it belongs on the day of his guilt offering.
