She Found It
Lost, Found, and Welcomed Home · Luke 15
Story guide: A woman holds up the coin she found beside her lamp and broom, picturing Jesus’s parable.
Open this scene in the reader →8Or what woman, having ten drachmas, if she loses one drachma, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it?
9And when she has found it, she calls together her women friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, because I found the drachma that I had lost.’
10In the same way, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who reorients toward God.
