And do not judge, and you will certainly not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will certainly not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Give, and it will be given to you: a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, overflowing—they will give into your lap. For with the measure by which you measure, it will be measured back to you.

And he also told them a parable: “Can a blind man guide a blind man? Will not both fall into a pit?”

A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when fully trained will be like his teacher.

But why do you see the speck in your brother’s eye, yet do not notice the beam in your own eye?

How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ while you yourself do not see the beam that is in your own eye? Hypocrite, first take the beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

For there is no good tree producing rotten fruit, nor again a rotten tree producing good fruit.

For each tree is known by its own fruit. For they do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they harvest grapes from a bramble bush.

The good man brings forth what is good out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for out of the overflow of the heart his mouth speaks.
