Scarlet and Pomegranate

A Locked Garden and Living Water · Song of Songs 4

Story guide: The beloved continues his praise through scarlet thread and a cut pomegranate, comparing them with her lips and temples. Notice the red thread, exposed seeds, and soft veil fabric. These objects let color and texture carry the description, inviting you to hear affectionate imagery rather than a literal anatomical diagram.
