Graphic Bible · Scene 2 of 12
Song of Songs 7:2
Beautiful in Sandals
Desire and the Vineyards · Song of Songs 7
Story guide: The praise begins with the woman's sandaled feet and compares the curves of her thighs with skilled craftsmanship. Notice the sandals beside the carefully made ornaments. The artwork connects bodily grace with artistry, helping you hear an admiring comparison without turning the passage into a literal description of jewelry she wears.
