Cartha AI, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Cartha application ("the App") on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

The App includes AI-powered features including chat and moderation. AI-generated content is provided for informational and supportive purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for content you share through the App. By sharing content, you grant Cartha AI, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the Platform and enforce these terms.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Agreement, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and will report illegal activity, including suspected child exploitation, to the appropriate authorities.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartha AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
