Graphic Bible · Scene 1 of 5

Exodus 7:1-7. Eighty and eighty-three. Two vigorous elderly brothers walking toward the Egyptian palace entrance, Moses tall with long white hair and beard in crimson/cream holding his gnarled staff, Aaron slightly shorter with short silver curls and rounded beard in indigo/sand. Both unquestionably elderly, matching their exact character references. Medium low camera looking back toward them as they approach, quiet determination, each walking naturally on sandaled feet. Painted Egyptian gate behind the camera suggested at frame edges, ochre mudbrick settlement behind the brothers, morning daylight. No royalty, miracle, burning bush, supernatural glow or lettering. Single horizontal graphic-novel scene. Bronze Age Exodus setting, not first-century staging. One 16:9 single scene. No text or lettering.
Artwork is an interpretation. Scripture is quoted from the People's Open Bible.

1Then Yahweh said to Moses, “See, I have made you God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother will be your prophet.”

2You shall speak all that I command you, and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh, that he may send the sons of Israel out from his land.

3But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and I will multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.

4Pharaoh will not listen to you, and I will lay my hand on Egypt and bring out my hosts—my people, the sons of Israel—from the land of Egypt with great judgments.

5And the Egyptians will know that I am Yahweh when I stretch out my hand against Egypt and bring the sons of Israel out from among them.

6So Moses and Aaron did just as Yahweh had commanded them; so they did.

7Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron was eighty-three years old, when they spoke to Pharaoh.
